WELCOME!

"We all experience stress from time to time. Therefore, I create art for those, who want to help spread self-awareness and to serve as a reminder that there is always a rise after every fall."

About the Artist

Magda Kajaia, born in 1976 in Kutaisi, Georgia, comes from a family of university professors who instilled in her a deep appreciation for education, culture, and the arts. Her journey as an artist began at the age of 12 when she first picked up a paintbrush, and her passion for visual expression grew as she honed her craft throughout her youth.

Magda's formal training began at the Kutaisi Art School, where she developed her technical skills, and she also graduated from the Kutaisi Music School, showcasing her multifaceted creative abilities. In 1991, she joined the Jakeli Art Studio, where she furthered her education in the Fine Arts Program, deepening her understanding of both classical and contemporary art forms.

In 2022, Magda made the bold decision to move to the United States, where she continued her artistic journey by joining the Mastery Program at the Milan Art Institute. This experience has allowed her to refine her style and explore new techniques while drawing inspiration from her past and the world around her.

In 2024, she debuted her first exhibition at the GJA Art Gallery, sharing her vision with the world.

Magda's paintings are included in private collections in the US and Europe.

Embracing the Flow

I paint because it is how I express the unspoken, the feelings and thoughts that words can’t quite capture. For a long time, I was a perfectionist, always striving to make everything flawless, but I soon realized that this pursuit created a barrier to true happiness and fulfillment in my work. It wasn’t until I allowed myself to let go, to trust my intuition, that I found my true voice as an artist. Art taught me that perfection lies in the effortless brushstrokes, in embracing the flow and spontaneity of the creative process.

Being a Messenger

I believe that I am a messenger, and my art is my mission. I am here to appear in the right place, at the right time, offering a message to those who need it most. Every piece I create is unique, a reflection of where I am in my journey and where the energy around me is flowing. I don’t see my artworks as static objects; I organize them into collections that speak to different parts of life and different emotions, each piece offering its own story.

I Paint to Connect

My personal experiences - those extreme falls and rises - have shaped my view of the world and my art. I have come to understand that life is not binary. It’s full of colors, just waiting to be seen. Each rise after a fall brings new insight, and I want my art to reflect this truth. No matter what challenges you face, there is always a moment of growth, a moment when the colors of life shine through.

I paint not just to create, but to connect, to offer something that resonates with others and to share the beauty I find in life’s unpredictable, colorful journey.

FAQ's

What materials do you use for your artworks?

I use a variety of materials to create my artwork, including high-quality acrylic paints, oils, mixed media, and canvas or paper, depending on the piece. Each artwork is carefully crafted using materials that enhance the depth, texture, and overall feel of the piece.

Can I request a custom piece of art?

I would love to create a special piece just for you! Keep the ideas open for my interpretation.

Due to high demand, I am only accepting commission requests with a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards the overall cost of the commission. If you decide not to go through with the commission after paying, you can apply the payment towards any products on my website.

Here's a list of prices (in inches):

16x20: $500

20x24: $700

24x30: $1,200

For my oil painting commissions, they are $4 per square inch. The smallest oil painting possible is a 12x16 and this would cost $768.

Send me an email at magdakmail@gmail.com and I will connect with you shortly!

How do I take care of my artwork?

To preserve the beauty of your artwork, I recommend displaying it in a location that avoids direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. For paintings on canvas, simply dusting with a soft cloth is usually enough. If the piece is framed, avoid touching the surface to maintain its integrity. If you have a specific question regarding care, feel free to ask!

What is your shipping policy?

I offer worldwide shipping! Each artwork is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, and tracking information will be provided once the artwork has been shipped. If you need your piece by a specific date or have any concerns, please contact me before making your purchase.
